i had a great time modeling today for teen art class! the instructor hung toilet paper from the metal bars on the ceiling like streamers around and in front of me on the model stand and had one light shining up towards me at an odd angle and they had to draw me in an "environment". the toilet paper looked like fabric streamers hanging around in U shapes and the bright light was shining through it in a cool way.
the energy in the room was so positive and fun. they had fleet foxes music playing and a mix of classical and other bands i hadn't heard before...i left feeling inspired and "fresh".
it was also nice and easier than most of my modeling gigs cuz i got to keep my "street clothes" and not even change into my swimsuit/bike shorts outfit cuz he wanted them to draw a more natural person just sitting in a room- much more casual...it was very mellow.
i read parts of "the 4 agreements" during my breaks and that made me feel in a great state of mind. i love the words about being wild and free. |
